• Do you offer a free trial?

  At this time, you can’t accept digital giving until you have a paid subscription. This is pretty common with all platforms due to the legal regulations around digital transactions.

  That being said, we’ve made it easy to create an account and check out pretty much all of Giving for your church, including the Control Center, and even previewing a GivingFlow. You can also use the offline givers and gift (cash and check) tracking (including sending annual statements!) absolutely free as long as you like. No strings attached.

  However, if you want to accept online, digital giving for your church, you’ll need to start a subscription and fill out financial information before you finish the digital giving setup process.

  We want you and your church to be happy. So if you change your mind after you start a subscription and need to go a different direction, we’ll gladly refund any unused portion.

• How will donors really feel about convenience fees?

  With RebelGive, your church will always receive 100% of every gift. RebelGive doesn’t take a cut off the top or do any kind of rev-share or skimming off of any tithe or offering that comes through our platform. And together with your givers, we ensure we cover all other fees charged by the processor.

  Now, you might be wondering - will donors really help cover fees? The simple answer: Absolutely, yes. Consider this, when given the pre-selected option, up to 85% of donors voluntarily choose to cover the small convenience fee associated with their donation.

  RebelGive simply takes this one step further by calculating and adding a convenience fee automatically to the total gift. Moreover, we also explain to every donor as they give that by helping us cover fees, their entire gift will go to your church — instead of just part of it.

  And guess what? In our experience, donors are excited to partner with churches in this way. Especially because most churchgoers are oblivious to the true cost of digital giving fees. So with RebelGive, we work to educate your church on this issue, and invite them into the process of making sure your church receives 100% of their intended gift. No skimming off the top by anyone.

  But hey, if you’re especially worried at all about these fees - don’t be... because RebelGive also offers direct giving through a donor’s bank account for just 25 cents! No matter how large their gift is. It’s just one more way we’re putting churches first and redeeming the broken systems that have for too long taken advantage of the generosity of God’s people. This can greatly help donors who want to give larger amounts feel comfortable giving online.

  And even better...a donor can link their bank account to RebelGive automatically using our integrations so they don't need to enter their branch number and routing number and all those annoying things. Instead, they just link their online banking by signing in securely, choosing the account they want to give from, and they're ready to go.

• What countries does RebelGive currently support?

  Currently for new church accounts, RebelGive supports the United States. Now, keep in mind, that’s for your main church account setup, based on the primary physical location of your church. If you have some people your ministry touches who are in another country, they can still use RebelGive to give to your church!

• Does RebelGive have a way to setup funds?

  Yes! When you sign up for an account for your church, you’ll get access to the RebelGive Control Center. Once you’re in, there’s a super easy way to add funds (designations) at any time. You can also put them in a preferred order by dragging and dropping. And if you need to, there’s a simple toggle to make a fund inactive so it no longer shows on your church’s GivingFlow.

• Does RebelGive send receipts and end of year giving statements?

  Yes! If someone gives through your church’s GivingFlow and provides their email address, we’ll send them a receipt for their gift confirming what they just did so they have a copy for their records.

  And, even better, givers can easily sign in to their own version of the Control Center where they can see all their giving history, update their profile, manage their payment methods, recurring gifts, notifications, and even download their own end of year giving reports!

• Does RebelGive offer text or app giving?

  No. And here’s why:

  According to the 2020 Global Trends In Giving Report, 55% of donors prefer to give online via credit/debit card. Just 3% prefer to give via mobile app. And just 2% prefer to give via text message. Bottom line: giving online via debit or credit card is about 5X more preferred than any other option, 18X more preferred than an option like app giving, and 25X more preferred than an option like text giving.

  Traditionally, mobile giving options like text and app giving have existed because the mobile giving experience on church websites has been lackluster to say the least. But RebelGive puts an end to that. The RebelGive mobile experience is faster, friendlier, and far superior to text or app giving - allowing givers to donate using the method they most prefer while also enjoying the best overall experience. Plus, now you don’t need to pay extra each month to offer giving options very few donors prefer.

• Does RebelGive offer kiosk giving?

• Will RebelGive work with my church’s existing website?

  Yes. RebelGive works with any website and doesn’t require any special software or specific web platform. It’s super easy to install and then once it’s active, your church’s GivingFlow is just a tap away from ANY page of your church’s website.

• How long does it take for my church’s donations to be deposited into our bank account?

  Not long! For most gifts, there are next-day deposits, so you don’t have to wait for funds to come through. ACH bank transactions can take a little longer to be securely processed, but that generally happens in just a few days. And, as soon as the money is available, it will be deposited into your church’s bank account in the next daily deposit.

• Should I pay monthly or annually?

  With RebelGive you have two payment options. You can pay monthly or you can pay annually.

  Paying monthly allows for more flexibility and monthly payments instead of a single lump sum - which may make the overall cost more manageable for you. However, paying annually (up-front) will earn you two months free and is the cheaper overall option. It's totally up to you.

• How much should my church expect to save in the first year with RebelGive?

  RebelGive is the most affordable church giving platform - ever. With RebelGive, your church will always receive 100% of every gift. RebelGive doesn’t take a cut off the top. And we make sure that together with your givers we cover all the other fees that normally your church would have to budget for. • Can RebelGive integrate directly with my ChMS (CCB, PCO, Breeze, etc.)?

  At the time of its launch, RebelGive doesn’t integrate externally with other ChMS platforms. Instead, we’re investing all of our efforts and energy into developing a centralized platform with Nucleus (our church website builder) at the center. RebelGive is the first major step towards that.

  We know churches want a centralized platform where all of their activity and data can exist and thrive and that’s why we’re taking steps towards building a platform like that.

  That being said, RebelGive allows you to export your giving records in CSV format. Downloaded reports can be set to display a specific date range, name, amount or fund. And then your data can be imported to the ChMS platform of your choice using their importing tool.

• Does RebelGive allow for physical donation tracking along with digital giving?

  As check and cash keep declining in usage, we’re super focused on making our digital giving experience the absolute best on the market today.

  That being said, we know a lot of churches still need to track offline giving of cash and checks and assign them to donors - especially as people transition to digital giving. So in the RebelGive Control Center, church admins can do just that! You can add all your offline givers, and easily record cash and check gifts for them (as well as even adding offline gifts that your primarily digital givers make!)

• How will donors receive/access their giving statements?

  When it comes to giving statements, we think democratizing access and more self-management by donors is the future -- it saves admins and finance people so much more time. So we built RebelGive to send out automatic end of year giving and report reminders to donors so they can get what they need whenever they need it - saving admins a lot of time.

• Can I import users from my existing church giving provider into RebelGive?

  Importing givers from other systems is usually not possible due to the complexities with recurring gifts, giving history, etc. Payment-related things are just not as conducive to a true export/import/migration process as some more simple systems like church records. However we are looking into ways we can assist in this process, and want to provide incremental improvements to make it easier for people to make the switch.

• Can data from RebelGive be exported and imported into another tool?

  Yep! RebelGive allows you to export your giving records in CSV format. Downloaded reports can be set to display a specific date range, name, amount or fund. And then your data can be imported to the platform of your choice using their importing tool.

• What if we're a smaller or startup church?

  RebelGive is the most affordable, all-inclusive giving platform for churches (easily 10-20x cheaper than the industry average!).

  If you're a smaller or startup church, simply choose the pricing tier that matches the size of your church.

  if you have about 50 people or less, you can get Nucleus Giving for $49/mo. If you're a little bit bigger than that (125 people or less,) you can get Nucleus Giving for just $69/month. And, if you're able to pay annually, we'll give you 2 months free on any plan you choose :)

• What about larger (550+) or multi-campus churches?

  If you're a larger church you will simply choose that size pricing tier and get started right away! You don't have to talk to a sales team member (we don't have one anyways) and there's no need to request special "enterprise/large church" pricing! :)

  While other platforms end up costing larger churches well over $1500+ in monthly costs + fees (according to one of the biggest giving providers for churches), RebelGive is all-inclusive and maxes out at just 219/mo (or $2,190 USD for a whole year)!

  This means you'll pay just about the same amount for a full year of RebelGive, that you'd pay monthly in fees to any other church giving platform on the market today. In other words, our revolutionary model saves larger churches in most cases, tens of thousands of dollars a year that they currently lose needlessly to fees if they are on any other giving platform out there.

  Now, if you’re a multi-site / multi-campus church, you can setup each of your locations as fully-featured entities (most of our larger, multi-campus churches have done this). This setup lets admins manage multiple locations uniquely (and yes, some admins can be setup to manage just one location if you like).

  Lastly, as mentioned, we’ve optimized our platform to cost about 1/20th the price or less compared to all the other platforms.
